Upon arrival, there was a slight delay in getting our room, but the staff kindly offered us an upgrade to a higher-class room, which was appreciated. The hotel's location is superb, right by the beautiful sandy beach and just a short walk from the city center. However, there were some internal conflicts among the staff, which was not ideal, and the choice of squash over juice was disappointing.
